Administrative fees on low-value withdrawals often exceed the amount of the withdrawal itself; therefore, when the final withdrawal amount upon closure is less than 10 EUR or equivalent in another currency, we will not refund it but it will instead be charged as an account closure fee.

15.4 If we suspect that you have breached the Terms & Conditions, we may refuse to open, suspend, or close your account. We may also withhold any money in your account (including but not limited to the deposit) and set off any damages or debts due to us against the money in your account.

15.5 Our decision is final.
